These terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by The Penthouse Club - Tampa, doing business as The Penthouse Club Tampa ("The Penthouse Club Tampa", "we"). By using the site or submitting the form on it, you agree to them.
Using this site
You may use this site to join our guest list and hear about events at our venue. You must be 21 or older to use it. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with how it works, and not to submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
Text message program
Program. The Penthouse Club Tampa events and offers messages. If you check the optional SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from The Penthouse Club Tampa, including event announcements, event reminders, game day offers and club news. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Age requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. Because our messages may mention alcohol, this program is limited to adults 21 years of age or older. Our form asks for your date of birth and for you to confirm you are 21 or older, and does not accept anyone under 21.
Consent is optional. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to submit the form, to buy anything from us, to enter our venue, or to receive any service. If you leave the box unchecked, we will not text you.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. The Penthouse Club Tampa does not charge for these messages; your carrier's standard rates apply.
To stop messages, reply STOP to any text from us. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that. To rejoin, check the box on our form again.

Carriers. Messaging is supported on the major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Events, offers and entry
Events, times and offers described on this site or in our messages may change or end without notice, are subject to availability, and are void where prohibited. Entry is limited to guests 21 and older with valid government issued photo ID, and we may refuse entry or service at our discretion. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, images, logos and the The Penthouse Club Tampa name, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything in it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
